#CreateConnectCare invites young people, ages 11- 18, to raise awareness of mental health issues, promote mental well-being, and help turn the tide against the mental health stigma through creative expression such as art, film, poetry, dance, music, or photography.
By sharing their stories, young people can educate others about mental health.
Amplifying youth voices on mental health and well-being is vital to breaking the stigma.
Promoting the importance of self-care, seeking help when needed, and connecting with and caring for others who need support.
Wesley's Short Film
